Breakfast was excellent, liked the position.

Room was brand-new and staff friendly and OUTSTANDINGly accommodating. It was based in new building in a good location, close to everything.

The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Long Hua Temple. It was about 10 km from the airport. Enjoyed an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioner in the room. The breakfast was great and there were a great selection of options.

The pool area was beautifully maintained, with a refreshing escape after a long day of sightseeing.

The dining space felt cramped during breakfast, making it difficult to find a seat at peak hours.

We had an exceptional time. We took an a twin room and it had a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed the location close to everything.

i loved the place, it was spotless & the staff were very amiable and professional. the breakfast was excellent and great, it had good meals.

I ordered room service for a glass of wine, only to be told it was off-limits unless I bought a hotel bottle-first time hearing that nonsense. The complimentary bottles of water felt stingy, as they were too small, and we had to repeatedly ask for extras during our three-night stay. Parking situation was poorly handled. After a rainy drive, I had to fight for a decent spot since the guard decided to block access to the basement with cones.

the breakfast options were limited , and the bacon was cold. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. the shuttle to the airport was very convenient! 😀

Fantastic stay with awesome food!

We had a blast ! The rooms were super spacious, and the vibe was just right. The breakfast spread was great, and the lunch buffet was a surprise hit thanks to Nino's suggestion. Just wish the parking could've been better organized, but it didn't ruin our fun at all!

I recently had a lovely stay here where the service was fantastic and the breakfast spread blew me away with its variety. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to unwind, and the sun loungers were super comfy for a relaxing afternoon. Just wish the parking could’ve been a bit better organized, but it didn’t spoil the fun at all! 😄

The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were great, our needs were always met. I loved the fine mountain view from my room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, but the dining space felt a bit cramped during peak hours. The child-friendly pool area was well-maintained. I encountered minor issues with the amenities that required assistance, and there was some disorganization regarding parking, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

good stay but room amenities need attention

The really good service from the reception staff created a cute atmosphere from the start. I particularly appreciated the warm attention from JR and Jeff, who ensured our dining experiences were pleasant. The view of the mountains from my room was fine.

The location is fantastic, super close to the airport and within driving distance to landmarks. My beautiful twin room was spacious and well-kept. Another highlight was the inviting swimming pool.

check-in could be faster, but overall, 100% recommend.
