I ordered room service for a glass of wine, only to be told it was off-limits unless I bought a hotel bottle—first time hearing that nonsense. The complimentary bottles of water felt stingy, as they were too small, and we had to repeatedly ask for extras during our three-night stay. Parking situation was poorly handled. after a rainy drive, I had to fight for a decent spot since the guard decided to block access to the basement with cones.

the breakfast options were limited , and the bacon was cold. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. the shuttle to the airport was very convenient! 😀

The rooms were super spacious, and the vibe was just right. The breakfast spread was top-notch, and the lunch buffet was a surprise hit thanks to Nino's suggestion. Just wish the parking could've been better organized, but it didn't ruin our fun at all!

i loved my stay at acacia hotel! the location is fantastic, super close to the airport and within driving distance to landmarks. my deluxe twin room was spacious and well-kept, making it comfortable for my family. another highlight was the inviting swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
